Logistics and public-sector suppliers

Public-sector clients require XRechnung, and your own systems do not produce it.

Three packages with a fixed scope and a starting price calculated from the estimated hours. Owner-managed, based in Hanau, Germany.

How to read the prices

Every amount is a starting price ("from"), calculated from the estimated hours. The large figure is the final price including 19% VAT, the net amount is shown below it.

Only the written quote after a short exchange is binding. It is valid for 14 days.

Funding

Your project may be eligible for funding — subject to review by the funding body. Whether a programme is open and fits your project is decided by the funding body alone.

Preparation

What you need beforehand

None of this has to be finished. It only helps to keep the questions short.

1

The Leitweg-ID of your public-sector client.

2

The program your invoices come from today.

3

The steps that are still done by hand.

Evidence

How you can judge the work

The services come from the same workshop as our own products. Their pages show what has been built — the products themselves are launching soon.
