Longer

Wagner Virtual Studios is an independent software publisher based in Hanau, Germany, founded in 2026 by Frank F. Wagner. The house develops four applications for freelancers, small studios and tax practices; all of them stand ahead of launch.

Tyrell Nexus brings invoices, mail, bookkeeping and planning into a single interface and produces electronic invoices in the XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats defined by EN 16931. Tyrell Motus combines AI image editing with a film studio: images are generated either on the user's own graphics card or on compute nodes in the EU, and the film computation runs in the cloud in Europe.

Both applications will be operated inside the European Union. Generated images and films carry provenance data to the C2PA standard.
