Trust
How you can hold us to account.
Where the data sits, who can see it, what gets labelled — and what is still open on the roadmap.
Principles
Four decisions we do not negotiate.
Europe is the location
Database in Ireland, compute nodes in Romania. We name them individually, because "EU hosting" without a place means nothing.
AI content is labelled
Generated images and films carry provenance data to the C2PA standard, inside the file itself rather than in a database next to it.
A log of every access
Append-only, not rewritable. Whoever looked at which record, and when, can be reconstructed — including by us, about us.
Failures cost nothing
If a computation in Motus fails, it is not charged.
Operations
Where the data sits
Not "in Europe" as a marketing line, but the places, named individually.
- Database
- Ireland (eu-west-1)
- Compute nodes, GPU
- Romania (EU-RO-1)
- Delivery
- Cloudflare (global network, contract under Art. 28 GDPR)
- Backups
- EU, AES-256, kept for 30 days
Database and compute nodes are located in the European Union.
Where a single top-tier model requires a provider outside the EU, that is stated in the product at the point where you select it, together with what is transmitted. It does not happen without your consent.
Provenance
What the AI produces says so about itself
Generated images and films carry provenance data to the C2PA standard — machine-readable, inside the file. It records that something was generated, with which model and when. The EU AI Act requires such content to be labelled; C2PA is the established way to do it.
Roadmap
What is done, what is in progress, what is next
Three columns, no dates. A date appears here only once we can keep it — and what is listed as done is listed with evidence.
Done
- Image workbench and film editor in Tyrell Motus
- Voice cloning from a sample
- Invoicing, bookkeeping and client separation in Tyrell Nexus
- E-invoicing in the XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats to EN 16931
- Sign-in with passkeys instead of a password
- Over 565 access rules on the database tables
- C2PA provenance data in every generated image and film
- Screen capture blocked in the desktop edition
- Operations in the EU: database in Ireland, compute nodes in Romania
In progress
- Delivery for Windows, Linux and the browser
- Checking e-invoicing against the official validator
- Final pricing — the model is settled, the amounts are not
- Role addresses for support, press and security reports
Next
- Delivery for macOS and Android — built, not yet released
- Desktop edition of Tyrell Nexus for Windows and macOS
- A status page, once continuous monitoring exists
- A checksum for every delivered file
This list is derived from what is built, not from intentions. What is listed as done runs in our own house — what that means for availability.
Candour
What is not finished yet
Neither application has launched
Tyrell Motus and Tyrell Nexus run in our own house and are used here every day. They are not publicly available: no pre-sale, no tariffs, no accounts. If you would like word when that changes, write one line to frank@wvs.software.
E-invoicing is not officially validated yet
Tyrell Nexus produces XRechnung and ZUGFeRD to EN 16931 and checks them internally. The check against the official validator is not complete, so we claim no conformity.
Pricing is not fixed
The billing model is settled — a monthly allowance in credits, no minimum term, a failed computation is not charged. Amounts will be set at launch.
No platform has been released
Tyrell Motus launches first for Windows, Linux and the browser; macOS and Android are built and will follow. Tyrell Nexus launches for the browser and as a Linux desktop application — the list with status.
This list gets shorter, not longer — but it does not disappear.
