Wagner Virtual Studios

Your operating system for the back office.

Invoices, mail, bookkeeping and planning in a single interface — with German e-invoicing in the XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats, multi-client capable, hosted in the EU. You live. Tyrell works.

Launching soon Amounts will be set at launch, based on the compute costs measured by then.

What is included

One interface instead of twelve applications.

Invoices

Written, sent and tracked — with the German e-invoicing formats where they are required.

Bookkeeping

Receipts posted, figures prepared for the tax adviser.

Mail

Mailboxes in one view, assigned to the matter they belong to.

Planning

Deadlines, tasks and appointments beside the documents they concern.

Several companies apart

Multi-client capable, separated in the database — not only in the interface.

Documents

Filed, searchable, with a source reference on every hit.

E-invoicing

XRechnung and ZUGFeRD to EN 16931.

Since 2025 German businesses must be able to receive structured electronic invoices; from 2028 issuing them becomes mandatory for most. Tyrell Nexus produces both formats defined by the European standard EN 16931 and checks them internally.

The check against the official validator is not complete. We therefore do not describe the formats as officially confirmed — the difference matters as soon as you invoice public authorities.

The Tyrell Nexus interface: list of matters on the left, the open document on the right

A capture of the current development state. What you see is the state that will ship — not a design study.

Security

The database decides, not the interface.

Access rules on the data

Over 565 access rules sit directly on the database tables. That is the difference from a check in the interface: bypassing the interface does not bypass the rules. One client cannot see another client's data, not even if the program has a fault.

Sign-in

Passkeys instead of a password — nothing that can be intercepted or reused. Plus device trust and an append-only log of every access.

Screen capture blocked

The desktop edition refuses screen capture. Sharing your screen in a video call does not transmit client data — not even by accident.

Where the data sits

Database in Ireland, backups in the EU with AES-256, kept for 30 days. The full architecture.

Desktop

The desktop edition does what the browser cannot.
